By me checking this box, i am agreeing that i will be responsible for disposing of any large debris ( carpet tear down, old flooring removal, plywood, sub floors, tack strips, vinyl sheet removal etc ) if applicable. I will be responsible for removing all furnitures that will be in the service area. Also, i will be responsible for taking out closet doors if they will be in the way of the sanding process. I am aware that there will be a $100 amount extra per radiator heaters  " if i do have any " because they require a lot of detailing and scrapping. Note: In tight areas behind radiator heaters where scrappers and detail machines can not reach will be left untouched because its un reachable.  Finally, i am aware that there will be a down payment which will be half the price on my estimate sheet.
